Here is some good news from the Sarasota Board of Realtors. The Sarasota Real Estate Market is coming on strong with 648 properties sold in December, 2009. This is a 52% increase over December, 2008 Sarasota sales of homes and condos and is the best sales month since in 33 months dating back to March '07.
